Forgiveness Meditations

.
Hello, Dear Friends,

Another week has passed.

The Forgiveness meditations' downloading seems to have taken a life of its own.

A continuous stream of people is coming to my website daily to get the 2 meditations. What a powerful thing word-of-mouth is! You have an amazing experience and you share it with your friends. And it spreads. Farther and farther, in all directions and around the world. I see so many foreign names...and I find myself thinking "What country are you from? What continent?"

People I will never meet and in most cases will never know anything about are reaching across the borders for this one website called Power of the Possible, because someone told them it can help them heal their pain.

And once again I am moved beyond words by the mystery of it all.

Here is what one woman wrote to me and gave me permission to share with you:

"The meditations were fantastic. A very interesting thing happened to me after doing the meditations. I've been fighting a sinus infection for over 2 months. Two weeks ago I finally went to the doctor to get antibiotics, a desperate move for me (I avoid them as much as possible), but the antibiotics didn't even work. I was at my wits end.

After doing the meditation to forgive others my sinus infection went away! I've been holding on to some hurt feelings towards my family (in regards to my cancer experience). I didn't think it was possible, but I was finally able to let go of my hurt feelings. I didn't understand these last 2 months that my sinus infection was connected to my anger towards my brothers and mother. I'm still amazed at how easy it was to forgive them, I was thinking that my relationship with them would never be the same. I was at a crossroads.

In one morning I rid myself of hurt feelings and a sinus infection, WOW!! Thank you so much."

I will add to this the words of Eva Korr, a holocaust survivor:
"Forgiveness is the best medicine. It's free, it has no side-effects, and it works!"
